Warm up with bag work, some jumprope, and some kick sets then:

My arms were quivering for at least an hour after this workout. This is probably the most intense workout we've done since we started the "indie fitness" program--feeling very good about that.
You made me pour it on when I thought you did 110 push pulls... adn I still was behind you...

I would love to think that i could do 110 40# pushpulls straight through. Hah!!
