- Flutter kicks
- Lunges with 20lbs
- Push Pulls with 35 Lbs
- Twits (Rows) with 12 lbs
- Squats
- Kettle Bell 40 lbs
Cool down: Tai Chi 64 and all 8 sections of Pau Qua
I honestly should have done more. I'm normally more than capable it's just that I was soo dang tired from lack of sleep it was hard for me to push myself.
Looks good to me. I love it when typos make actual words--8 rounds of "twits" with 12 pounds. Sounds like a very annoying workout.
