Pretty much more of the same: :20/:10 tabatas, 8 rnds each:

Flutters
push-ups
bicycles
lunges w/ 20#
crunches
squats
push-pulls w/ 20#
super-mans

whew!

  2. We did 'em once or twice with Ryon. You lay on your belly, arms in front of you like superman and then flex your back to raise your hands and feet up away from the floor. Supposed to be good for your back muscles...
