Back on Track WOD

Tabitas (30secs with 10sec rest 8 rounds):
Jump Rope (single unders)
Push-ups
Bicycles (I hate theses things which means they are good for me)
Flutter Kicks
Sit-ups
Squats (Why does my right knee creek?)

Cool down: Tai Chi 64 Three Times on shaky legs. It's more like Tai Chi 40 since I don't know the whole thing yet.

Ugh I'm beat!

  1. 30 second tabatas--rock and roll! Good job.

My right knee creaks too. First noticed it Feb. 2009 and it's not gotten any better or worse. Doesn't really hurt but sounds like an old, creaky, leather shoe. Such a charming sound. Under Ryon's advice, I quit going so deep in my squats; not that I mind but I wish it would get better.

Gonna try and do something physical tomorrow. Maybe get on the bike....

  2. 30 secs is the only way to do Tabitas!

Well it was a good workout. I'm sore in my arms and legs today. Which means I have to add more to my core. :)

I go ass to the grass on my squats anything less does not hurt (the good hurt not the bad). The old leather shoe analogy is about right.

Since the weather is so nice I think I'm going to jump rope for a bit outside. Maybe one day I'll learn to ride a bike. :)
