back to the dungeon

:20/:10, 8X tabatas

1) Flutters
2) Push-ups
3) 10# twists
4) lunges w/ 20lbs
5) 30# push-press
6) situps
7) 40# kettlebell lift

I don't think that was the order we did them in but it's not too far off...

Tai Chi 64 to warm down.
