Pretty much the same thing as Tuesday; slightly different order. :20/:10, 8X

flutters
30# push-pull
lunges with weights (20#/40#
medicine ball twists (10#)
kettle bell lift (40#)
situps
squats

tai chi 3X to warm down. Finally getting it!
