Lucas' hotel workouts
NE Texas: I did a timed workout on Tuesday; hadn't done that in a while. 50-40-30-20-10 of pushups, situps, squats & bicycles in 14:16. I followed that with 30 minutes of stationary bike which was harder than I thought it would be.
Tonight I warmed up with 5 minutes of jumprope. Then I did :24/:12 tabatas

We all got around five rounds in give or take a set or two of exercises.
