Warm-up with 6-7 minutes of rowing, 3-6 minutes of jumprope
Pt 1:
20/10 x8 tabatas:
- Flutters
- Arm 1
- frog leaps (turned into jumping lunges for me on round 5)
- medicine ball toe touch
- Arm 2
- rockets
- renegade rows
- situps w/ medicine ball
- squats/lunges w/weight
A good 45 minutes or so of exertion
