miscellaneous workout

Warm-up as usual.  then :20/:10 tabatas
  • flutters
  • burpees
  • mtn. climbers
  • pushup (4) dips (4)
  • toe touch & rollouts
  • wood choppers
6 minutes of medicine ball toss and 3 minutes of planks (30-sec rounds)
