Posting #101

Tomball, TX, again.  It's really hard to get worked up to work out by yourself.  Here's another "uninspired" WOD

  1. bicycles
  2. burpees
  3. jumping lunges
  4. 40# push-press
  5. 10# twists
  6. mountain climbers
  7. 6# med ball toe touches
I think we need to make Tuesday an AMRAP day...
